We are absolutely delighted to announce that Compass (now Compass Eko) has been shortlisted for Inclusive Trust of the Year at the TES Schools Awards 2026.
We are pleased to share that The Compass Partnership of Schools and Eko Trust merged on 1st April 2026 to form a new Trust of 28 schools. We are now across seven local authorities, 5 geographical areas, with 9,000 pupils and over 2000 staff.
Congratulations to the Eko Trust Finance Team, who have earned us a 2025 Fast Payer Award! Only around 10% of companies meet the criteria for this award, and we went above and beyond – with 0 late invoices!

The Compass Partnership of Schools and the Leadership Teams of both John Ray Infant and John Ray Junior Schools propose to reduce the Published Admission Number (PAN) for Reception and year 3 from 120 to 90 to take effect from September 2027.
